Management Philosophy
Credibility and quality are key facets of every
project completed by Loftus Consulting. Without either, we wouldn't be in
business. Before any project begins, clear and definable goals are
established so that customers know exactly what to expect. We will not
undertake any project unless we feel confident that it can be completed
satisfactorily. In cases where Loftus Consulting cannot meet your needs, we
will try our best to refer you to someone who can.
Working with you, Andrew Loftus, principal of
Loftus Consulting, will assess your project needs and design a plan. By
tapping into a network of independent experts, a
team will be assembled to match skills with your specific needs and budget.
Andrew Loftus
Andrew Loftus has more than twenty-five years
of experience working with private companies, non-profit organizations and
government agencies in the natural resources environment. Prior to founding
Loftus Consulting, he worked for state agencies, business trade
associations, and universities in government affairs, foundation
management, and natural resources management. Through a combination of
technically oriented training and strong applied experience in public
policy, government affairs, and communication arenas, the team that is
assembled to meet your needs will be able to develop sound solutions to
challenges, communicate these positions through verbal and written
channels, and advance these solutions through to implementation. Andrew
Loftus and associates have extensive experience in planning and developing
management programs that meet the needs of businesses and agencies
dependent on healthy natural resources. Our track record testifies to our
talents for targeting a diversity of audiences including
technically-oriented professionals, policy makers at all levels, the
general public, and the business community.
